September 24, 2020Jeff was my attorney in a lawsuit against Sig Sauer, the gun manufacturer. I first met him in Winchester, Virginia while I was still in an almost month-long hospital stay following my injury. He had driven 8+ hours to meet me and my family face to face. Not many people could comprehend the struggle I have endured due to my injury, or fathom how life-changing a huge, public trial can be. However, Jeff was always there for me and has since evolved from attorney to close friend.
Jeff was by my side every single step of the way through a trial with terrifying odds. Just him and I, standing tall, against 14 attorneys with bottomless pockets, working for a company with billions of dollars at their disposal. Whether it was by phone, text, email, court filings, or sitting in a courtroom, Jeff never left me feeling alone in this fight. I know I would not have been able to make it through this horrific ordeal if it wasn’t for him continued support and guidance.
He is one of the most intelligent, hardworking, dedicated people I know. He went to great lengths and numerous sleepless nights to make sure he covered every aspect of my case. Although Sig Sauer’s law team tried, he never let them fluster him or outsmart him in the slightest. He always came back swinging with very quick, articulate, and effective responses to their attempts at overwhelming him with filings and paperwork. He never missed a deadline and was swift and powerful in his responses. It was obvious to me that the jury responded very well to his sincerity and professionalism.
I don’t think there is enough I could say about Jeff and his abilities as a lawyer. He is everything you could possibly hope for when looking for someone to be on your side.
To this day, Jeff and I remain good friends and he often checks on me and my physical recovery, as well as my family. .
I am and will forever be grateful to Jeff for the close friend he has become through the unfortunate events of this injury. The only thing positive about that horrific day, is it brought someone as amazing as Jeff, into my family’s life.Amazing, Tireless and Absolutely Dedicated

July 30, 2019This man is exceptional. Jeff worked a case for my sister against a company that pulled out ALL the stops in an effort to derail the case. Jeff never backed down, never wavered and got the case to a jury. This man gave his heart and soul into winning this case and it didn't matter the time of day or the day of the week, he never stopped. Coordinated a team of ballistics and medical experts from Oklahoma, Colorado, Virginia and Connecticut under significant time pressure. My family appreciates his hard work and dedication more than he could ever fathom.

June 27, 2018Jeff Bagnell is on a different level. His professionalism, knowledge, and networking is second to none and cannot be ignored. I had the honor of working with Jeff for a little over a year in a case that was unique and in the spot light. Jeff took my case when others simply tossed it over board because, fear of the opponent, or they didn't have the vision/ability, to see what Jeff saw. Jeff is also very easy to talk with and even easier to contact, either by phone or email, he's always available for his clients. Jeff's work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new things, which in return makes him better at the end of the day, puts him on that level of awesome. I was truly honored to have worked with Jeff and at the same time grateful to have met him and can call him a friend today.

January 28, 2019My first law firm was a bust. I found Jeff via another case similar to mine. Called him, left him a message, he called me back almost immediately. Jeff and I spoke for almost an hour about my case that very first phone call. Due to geographic restraints and laws in my state we knew early on it would be extremely difficult for Jeff to become my attorney. That did not stop Jeff from consulting me and was critical in helping me find and acquiring my new law firm.
